Polyurethane foam is one of the best sound insulting
materials known till date. It is commonly used in Auditoriums, Churches
and Recording studios where one requires to eliminate un-wanted nuances
of sound. For this quality it is also used as inner linings in large and
small speakers. Recently with the introduction of sound proof enclosures
/ canopies for Electricity generators, the scope for using PU Foam as
the sound insulating material has widened. We have the infrastructure to
provide foam linings / sheets for sound insulation in different shapes,
sizes and colors.
In Acoustic Applications we pride ourselves in being able to fully
understand and deliver complete customer solutions from survey, to
design. This can only be achieved with an in depth, sound, engineering
knowledge combined with experience over wide ranging industrial sectors
and a first rate established quality product.
Applying the correct solution, with a good quality product, is always
the key to success. Identifying the noise source and its transmitted
paths is the first vital step into problem solving. This must then be
combined with a good engineering approach married with collected
performance data to ensure the desired criteria is met.
APPLICATION
Acoustic has wide application like Speaker, Loud Speaker, Auditorium,
Atudio and Customization is also possible.
Solutions must also be practical and cost effective whilst maintaining
aesthetic appeal, ensuring that any resultant problems with respect to
ventilation, access and health and safety issues are fully addressed.
